What does a typical yacht charter package comprise?
Each charter comes with a skilled crew, protective gear, fuel, and standard beverages. Inclusions differ depending on the type of service — for example, sunset trips provide upscale refreshments and appetizers, while business charters offer meeting amenities and professional catering choices.
When should I make my reservation?
To ensure availability, we suggest booking 2–3 weeks prior, particularly throughout the high season (May–September). For company gatherings and personalized celebrations, reserving 4–6 weeks in advance gives us more time to personalize the experience.
What are the procedures for adverse weather?
Safety is always our priority. If the weather is judged to be dangerous, we will propose an alternative charter date or provide a complete reimbursement. We diligently track weather forecasts and will get in touch a day before if the conditions don't look promising.
May I bring personal food and drinks?
Absolutely, personal food and drink choices are permissible. Yet, we can accommodate you with premium catering services and tailored menus. Note that for safety purposes, glassware is prohibited on board.
Do your yachts cater to individuals with special mobility requirements?
Our goal is to accommodate all our guests. Some yachts have more suitable access features. We advise having a discussion with us upon booking about any specific requirements, so we can designate the most appropriate vessel and make the necessary provisions.
What's your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure are fully refunded. Cancellations done between 24 and 72 hours have a 50% refund policy. If you cancel within 24 hours, the fee is non-refundable, excluding when cancellation is caused by unsafe weather or mechanical failures from our side.
