3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To reserve a charter, you are required to:

• Have reached the age of majority, at least 18 years
• Submit precise and current details
• Remit the necessary down payment as indicated in your reservation confirmation
• Assent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is deemed confirmed only after the down payment has been received along with our confirmation in writing. We reserve the discretionary right to deny services to any individual.

3.3 Availability

Educational charters are contingent upon boat availability and appropriate weather. We shall exert reasonable efforts to accommodate your requested dates and timings.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All fees are presented in £ and comprise applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Charges are variable and may change without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Initial down payment: Half of the total charter cost due upon reservation
• Remaining balance: Payable 48 hours prior to the departure of the charter
• Incidental expenses (if present): Must be settled after the charter concludes

4.3 Payment Methods

We receive payments through major credit cards, wire transfers, and verified checks. Our payment procedures are conducted using safe, encrypted platforms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• Over 72 hours before departure: Entire refund excluding processing fees
• Between 24 to 72 hours before departure: Half refund
• Less than 24 hours before departure: No reimbursement

5.2 Weather Cancellations

If our captain determines weather conditions to be unsafe, we will propose to:

• Change your charter to another date without additional cost
• Issue a full refund if rearranging is unfeasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In case of mechanical failures with the designated vessel, attempts will be made to allot a suitable replacement. If an alternative is unavailable, we will issue a complete reimbursement.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

It's mandatory for all guests to:

• Adhere to all directives given by the crew
• Utilize the safety gear provided when mandated
• Disclose any medical conditions that may impinge on their safety
• Stay within authorized zones of the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following articles are forbidden aboard:

• Containers made of glass
• Illegal substances
• Weapons or firearms
• Excessive beverages (beyond sensible consumption)
• Animals (unless sanctioned beforehand)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers are expected to act in a considerate manner. Should passenger conduct pose a threat to safety or disrupts the experience for other attendees, we retain the right to terminate the charter immediately without a refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

Our liability is bound by the cost paid for your charter. We hold no responsibility for:

• Personal harm arising from traveler negligence
• The theft or devastation of personal belongings
• Indirect, ensuing, or exemplary damages
• Delays engendered by climatic influence or instances outside of our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Our operations and vessels are covered by expansive marine insurance. Travelers are accountable for their own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By partaking in our charter services, you consent to the intrinsic dangers involved in marine activities and accept personal responsibility for your own safety and health.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We keep the authority to adjust itineraries, paths, or schedules according to weather, safety, or functioning needs. We will strive to provide comparable substitute experiences whenever feasible.
