To reserve a charter, you are required to:

3.2 Confirmation

4. Payment Terms

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Over 72 hours before departure: Entire refund excluding processing fees
  • Between 24 to 72 hours before departure: Half refund
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: No reimbursement

5.2 Weather Cancellations

If our captain determines weather conditions to be unsafe, we will propose to:

  • Change your charter to another date without additional cost
  • Issue a full refund if rearranging is unfeasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In case of mechanical failures with the designated vessel, attempts will be made to allot a suitable replacement. If an alternative is unavailable, we will issue a complete reimbursement.
